The following terms and conditions relate to purchases made through MindBody Online.   By using our website and making online purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.

  • ALL Appointment/Class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once rendered.
  • Appointment/Class packages are good at Higher Health Acupuncture & Massage Therapy only, and cannot be used at any other Acupuncture or Massage clinic.
  • Higher Health Acupuncture & Massage Therapy reserves the right to cancel or change customers appointments, notice to customer will be given
  • All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • In the event of a "No Show" you WILL be charged a "No Show" fee of $44.00
  • To avoid any "No Show" fees please contact us within 12 hours of your appointment to avoid being charged
  • Prices listed on our website do not include GST

Refund Policy

Once services are rendered. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for services.
Appointments booked then cancelled greater than 12 hours to start time of appointment will be given a full refund
Appointments booked then cancelled or "No Show" less than 12 hours to appointment start will be charged $44.00

Customer Inappropriate Conduct

Under no circumstance will Higher Health Acupuncture & Massage Therapy tolerate any type of sexual touching or sexual advances by the customer. Sexual remarks, sexually suggestive remarks, racist remarks and sexual orientation remarks are not tolerated. If the therapist finds you are in violation you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your remaining time of your appointment.




Terms & Conditions changes 


 Higher Health Acupuncture & Massage Therapy also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.
