Here are some tips on getting the most out of your massage

How to prepare

  • Arrive 5-10 Minutes early to fill out a intake form
  • Refrain from Alcohol & Caffeine before your treatment
  • Please shower prior to the treatment if you have undergone a heavy workout
  • Eat a light snack before the massage, avoid heavy meals
  • Try to avoid stressful situations before the massage, take a few minutes to unwind before coming in
  • Try to wear less makeup and avoid perfume/cologne prior to have a massage
  • Wear or bring loose fitting clothing to your massage for doing stretches/exercise after the treatment
  • Use the washroom prior to the massage
  • Upon arriving at the clinic please turn off your cell phone

After the massage

  • Drink plenty of water. Toxins are released after a massage and water helps flush these toxins
  • Take a long soak in a hot bath with some Epsom salts
  • Avoid heavy workouts
