Saniya completed her 200hr teacher training right here in Fort McMurray with In Balance and is currently working to complete her 500hr training this winter. Although she began her journey with weightlifting and bodybuilding, she was positively delighted when she found that yoga could encompass strength as well as flexibility and introspection. She brings to her practice and classes the same rigor and zest for physical wellness that she finds in the gym and considers herself a life long student as well as instructor. She is consistently looking to challenge and deepen her practice, on and off the mat and is excited to share her passion with others in and out of the studio.
