Jacqueline’s passion for yoga began four years ago when she took an Iyengar Yoga course through Vancouver Island University.
After being a competitive varsity athlete throughout her university career, she instantly appreciated the benefits that yoga has to offer; such as self-inquiry, compassion, spirituality, and balance.
She wanted to take her practice further, and completed a 200hr YTT course in Goa, India at Himalaya Yoga Institute in February, 2014. She’s excited to keep learning and exploring on her journey through the ancient tradition and science of Yoga.
Degree in Sport Health and Physical Education at Vancouver Island University 200Hr YTT Traditional Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga – Qualified to teach Chanting, Meditation and Pranayama.
