Ivy is a teacher and writer who has a passion for sharing yoga with people of all ages and abilities. Known for her gentle approach and soothing voice, her background in massage therapy, meditation, movement therapy and healthy eating bring richness and variety to all her classes. After falling in love with yoga in 1999, and practicing Bikrams, Kundalini, Moksha and Hatha, she took her yoga teacher training in Anusara-inspired yoga in 2008, along with her Kundalini Dance and Bellyfit certifications. She currently works with the RMWB as an instructional designer and soft skills facilitator, and writes a health-related blog for staff.
